1. Our services

We provide marketing leadership and execution through our two experienced CMOs, supported by a team of trained marketing agents (AI tools set up and supervised by us) covering areas such as performance marketing, SEO, content, email, analytics and web design. The scope, deliverables and fees for each client are set out in a written proposal.

2. Free agentic audit

The free audit is based on publicly available information about your brand and website. It is general guidance, not a guarantee of results, and may be refined when we speak with you. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship.

3. Fees and billing

4. Minimum term and setup fee

The minimum contract is 3 months, and on that term we charge no setup fee. If you end the contract within 3 months, a $1,000 setup fee applies to cover the effort that goes into training the agents on your work.

5. Your responsibilities

6. No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, market, ad platforms and competitors. Examples, past results and statistics on this website describe our experience and do not promise a similar outcome for you.

7. AI-assisted work

Our agents produce drafts and analysis that our team supervises. AI output can contain errors, so we review important work before delivery. You should also check facts, claims and legal requirements relevant to your industry.

8. Confidentiality and your data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your work. Material you provide stays yours. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

9. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Final deliverables created for you under a paid agreement are handed over to you once fees due for them are paid, except for our pre-existing tools, templates and methods, which remain ours.

10. Third-party platforms and links

We work through third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and this site links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their rules, outages or changes.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the relationship

Either party may end a paid engagement as set out in the written agreement, subject to the minimum term in section 4. We may suspend use of this website if these terms are breached.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Email anuraj.jain@iiml.org or message us on WhatsApp.
